My name is Chlamydia, and I'm the spokesbug for Jade 7, the next major version of the Jade Programming Language. I'm a bacterium and an STD at the same time. Unlike other programming language logos that target six year old kids, I am for adults only! So kids, go to your rooms, and hide under the bed, cause Chlamydia is here!
And I'm no laughing matter either - Chlamydia infections can be very serious and even life threatening, if left untreated! According to Wikipedia, I'm one of the leading causes of blindness worldwide, second only to the logo of Perl 6!
Unlike other STDs, I'm largely asymptomatic; that means that I produce no visible effects for long periods of time. Can you think of anything else that does the same? That's right! That tiny virus, HIV!
